Luxy Hair’s 30 Day Self Care Challenge, Day 11: Stretch your entire body

This would be a pretty boring post for y’all to read. So, yeah. I stretched all over. It felt really good. ESPECIALLY since today was a pretty stressful day at work. I got home, put on my jammies, and stretched.
I have been doing a lot of stretching lately because of my back injury. My massage therapist actually helped me create a yoga routine that targets the specific parts of my neck and back that are effected (affected? I have a BA in English but I will probably die before I’m able to figure this one out) by the injury.
I know my posts have been hit or miss the past few days. Thank you if you’re sticking through with me. Work has been A Lot lately. We’re a small store; four cashiers/stockers employed. A member of our little family got very injured and so we’re all picking up extra shifts and staying late to finish stuff. Today I was there an hour and a half after my shift ended/the store closed to package all the pastries because there just wasn’t enough time during the day. (Luckily the manager’s daughter was there to help me do stocking or I would have been there another 45 minutes at least.)

A: As soon as you walk in the door and know you don’t have to go out again. If I’m not leaving the house all day, I do not put on day clothes.
