Luxy Hair’s 30 Day Self Care Challenge, Day 4: Drink 1.5 Liters of Water

I drink between 40 and 60oz of water per day. That equals about 1.8 to 2.3 liters. I love water, I love the taste and the feel of it. Besides, it’s the only thing that hydrates you to the fullest extent.
Take coffee, for example. Caffeine is a diuretic, meaning it speeds up your blood pressure, pumping your kidneys to work harder. Then, with your kidneys pumping, you pee more often, therefore losing more liquid more quickly.
Anyway, I can’t think of much to write here because this “challenge” was just something I do every day. Have a nice day. See you tomorrow.
